I've lived at three different complexes in the Hillsboro area and found Orenco Gardens to be by far the best for the money. Palladia was crowded, overpriced, and full of rude neighbors. Seneca Village was full of people who didn't pick up after their pets and the office staff seemed to not exist except at the first of the month when rent was due. Orenco Gardens has by far the nicest apartments. Clean, upscale and roomy. MAX is close so easy to hop on the train to downtown. Parking is easy to find for visitors. Kitchen is awesome and the master bedroom is huge. The only reason I moved from this complex was because I purchased my own home. My ONLY complaint is that the pool area is rather small compared to others, but the quality of living here more than makes up for it. If you're looking for an apartment in Hillsboro, pick this place and you won't regret it.
