I really like my actual apartment but since the new management company took over - they don't seem to know what they are doing. It seems like they are used to managing cheap places, and they are trying to manage OG like this. Since they have taken over - the pool was out of commission for over a month, the hottub isn't clean, there are a bunch of kids hanging around the parking lots, cigarette buts everywhere, drinking at the pool (THE STAFF) - and to make it worse - there are a bunch of people that don't live here - using the pool and gym.

The grounds are not well maintained (anymore); it just seems like a bunch of kids running the place and they really don't know what they are doing. 4 of my neighbours have moved out and I am moving out as soon as my lease is up.

oh - and they raised my rent $325 after I have lived here for 1.5 years.

It is like a Arby's manager trying to manage a really nice steak house!

So to summarize - the apartment is nice but considering what is happening here - is not worth the extra money it costs to live here. I agree with whoever wrote the comment about them bumping up their scores (the management company) - they would totally do this!!!
