We moved in a couple weeks ago and during the whole process we were helped by all the people who worked in the office and every person we talked to was friendly and welcoming. I don't know what it was like before but we are very happy with the choice we made. We love our apartment and so far our internet is worth the $20 we now pay for it. I didn't know it was ever free, but it's still better than paying $50 for the comcast i used to have. The pool has been heated even when its raining. I guess they have to fix the heater in the hot tub now but don't all apartments have problems like this.
