Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
As a long time resident (I was one of the first to move-in when it was brand new), the servcie has DEFINITELY gone down hill. Yes, the amenities are beautiful, the MAX is great, but the new staff SUCKS. I do not understand why the old staff was fired, but the new staff is incredibly rude.
