New Orenco Mgmt - it is really obvious that you are writing your own reviews and trying to bump up your scores. Listen - it's just that you are letting this place go to shams.
Right now - I can hear a bunch of people yelling - and they WORK here - it's 10:09 pm.
There are kids playing in the parking lot - bikes left all over the place. Garbage all over the trash area (and NOT in the trash.) The pool is dirty. Cigarette butts all over the place.
You just don't know what you are doing, and noone respects you.
And you are loud talkers!! Meaning when someone tries to talk to you - you yell. You don't even know how to talk without shouting someone's business so everyone can here. And not just one person - but mainly the assistant manager - the really irritating blond one. (but the manager is also brutal)
It is sick how you are trying to write your own reviews - it is so obvious, and proves why people should not live here.
Internet is terrible, movies are old, it is just so TRASHY!!!
Here's a tip - don't write your own reviews like you are writing a marketing campaign. AND - notice how quickly you post favourable responses when the REAL residents post a review'' You are so immature, just face it - you have no idea what you are doing.
(and btw - the pizza night is hosted by Garlic Jim's and has NOTHING to do with the staff - they are a new place and are going to all the apartments. And the flyers were put on everyone's door - so "when you went to get your issue solved" wink, wink, wink.. did they read you the flyer'' but don't get excited, it is just muffins).
Anyway, these people are brutal.

I personally organized the pizza tasting with the Vice President of Garlic Jim's. I contacted him and we split the cost as a treat to our residents. Yes, when they first opened, they were offering these events to many properties at no cost to the property, and yes, that's where I got the idea. However, my motivation in organizing this event was to give the residents an opportunity to meet us and say hello and enjoy free pizza and mingle with their neighbors. With regards to the brunch, again, I planned this event, and will be responsible for it each month. I was up and at work a couple of hours early, baked cookies, cut fruit, sliced cheese, pastries, donuts, bagels, and, yes, muffins. The day was a success, I felt. Tons of residents showed up, smiling and seeming happy. I understand how frustrating unresolved issues can be, but we really are experienced and trying very hard to please our residents. |

Believe it or not, there are actually people that enjoy living here (myself and neighbors). It sounds like you might have a personal issue with the staff. Calm down!
