Orenco Gardens is the perfect place to live for me. The max is close by, they have super cheap high speed internet, free movie rentals, and amazing apartments. I've lived all throughout the Portland area and these are the nicest apartments I have seen.
I can't complain about the office staff, the only time I see them is when I pay my rent or check out a movie. They always seem nice, greeting me by my name. I mean I can see how that could be misconstrued as "superficial", "rude", or "brutal".
