Intel people: Don't rent here

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It's a shame, because this used to be such a nice place. This new owner (HCS) is not responsive at all to resident needs or concerns. Now that Intel is laying off, we've begun to reserach our options and found that HCS could not care less about what is happening locally in the economy. If you are one of the 1700 (as I am) I would think twice about renting here.
