Orenco Gardens is great for Intel Employees

To say this isn't a great place to rent for Intel employees is absoloutely absurd. I work for Intel and just signed a lease here and they waived my security deposit since I work for Intel. Plus its so close. Orenco Gardens is a business like any other, I'm sure they do care about all of the layoffs happening at Intel as I'm sure it will affect their occupancy as well. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.
