I love it here. I??m a little protective of this staff because I have taken the time to discuss my issues with them and they have been helpful and professional in answering all my questions regarding my lease expiration, renewal and all the things that have come with the recent management change. I??m not sure that others who seem so frustrated have taken the time to actually research their concerns or address them or to acknowledge the actual explanations given. The simple truth is, things change. Did I want to lose my amortized move in special when my lease was up' Not particularly. Did I expect this to be a possibility' Of course. Do I enjoy paying more now than I did last year' Nope. However, the rent here is very much in keeping with the other nice properties in this area. And believe me, I checked. This is a NICE area. The rent is going to be more here than if I were living in a different area. That??s why I like it. And all but one complex I looked at around here charge for carports. And most charge more than $15. Let me see??free internet was nice. $20 internet, still pretty good. I could switch to Comcast I guess if I don??t want to pay $20 and then I could pay $50.
