I just wanted to let people know that although this ratings website is good it is VERY BIASED. The only people whoever go to these sites are the ones who have a complaint.
SO...I just want to say that my girlfriend and I could not be happier at Orenco Gardens! Picking an aparment is a tough process and there are many factors involved.
YES, apartments are not cheap. None of them are. Deal with it. At Orenco you get the most bang for your buck: Sunday brunches, right on the MAX line, NEW rooms (only about 3 years old), huge kitchens and living areas, many open park spaces, great locale for dining, retail, and grocery shopping!
Finally I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Dawn, the apartment manager who was AND IS extremely helpful and always smiling! Contrary to one or two of the other reviews here, Dawn's happy attitude and knowledgeable advice was imperative in helping us make an informed decision. THANK YOU!!!
