Good in a hands-off sort of way...

My roommates and I just moved out of our three bedroom apartment in Orenco Gardens after 17 months. While the place itself is nice, the managment leaves something to be desired. They have never had accurate records of our apartment or the tennants who lived in our apartment, and in fact when we first moved in they had a different address listed on our contract; the result was us walking into our new place to find the walls hadn't been painted and the carpets hadn't been cleaned. While we had some problems with the neighbors above us (owning a German Shepherd and two small children in a third floor apartment is never a good idea), we were never really bothered by the management or the other neighbors. Orenco Gardens is well built and in a good location, and ideal for someone who wants to be able to just mind their own business and continue on with little to no interruption.
