Good apt, but managers are fickle

We thought we would like it here; the location is great and the apts are nice. BUT even with the change in managers, they still can't/won't answer a simple question like IF we renew our lease, what will the new amount be' First, they fail to even acknowledge your presence; then, they hem and haw and mention something about "corporate" BLAH BLAH BLAH. Look, just tell me how much my rent is going up!

This on top of the noise and seeming "favorites" that the new manager cultivates.

If anyone knows how to get ahold of HSC or the owner, let us know.
