I have lived here for a couple of months and I love it! Its funny to read these reviews. The Staff/Management changed hands a while back. It appears that some people are still hanging on to the past.
They have Starbucks coffee in the office and a Sony flat screen in the club house. The people are normal, seem clean, and its a very trendy area!
People that think the fixtures are cheap must not have been renting long.
