Generally a very nice location, very family friendly, easy walking distance to stores (Orenco), MAX (right out front) and playgrounds parks. Very quiet area.

The management is VERY poor. Horrible customer service, poor response time to issues (took almost a week to get our washer fixed). Plus, when you move out, they will nickel and dime you to death. They charged for things that were not broken or missing so be sure to do a very thorough walk through at the beginning.
