I was threatened by the manager at this apartment complex!
They are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever experienced! I was reading the blog from the last person and was not shocked at all!
A simple "can I get some paper'" or being thrown out of the clubhouse is just a major power trip they seem to have there!
If you do not do things "their way" or bow down to the people in that office, they will sick that freaky maint chick on you! Have you seen her boyfriend' They live there and drive this piece of junk car! Did he just get out of jail'
I would not ever allow those people to come into my apt unless I had to!
I can see that I am not the only person who had a problem with them. If you don't say nice things about them, they will probably not return your security deposit or do something to harm you. I understand why that person went back and said something nice about them. They were probably scared of retaliation!

Grow some balls and tell someone who can do something about it. You sound like a whinney little person. If you want change then take the right steps to do something about it! Sounds like you did something to piss them off to me. They have never threatened me, and I cant see them putting their job on the line to threaten anyone. You must be one crazy person! Who really cares about the kind of cars the staff drives or who they date. A person who judges that must have skeletons in their own closet. BOO!

I know the Manager and this does not sound like her at all. I have lived here since this place was built. They have switched management companies in that time but have always had a nice friendly staff. I could never imagine one of them threatening anyone. There is something not right about that review. I believe there is a lack of truth to it.

I agree with the other 2 responses. I have never experienced a problem with any of the leasing agents. I think the person who wrote the review was obviously upset over a maintenance issue at the time. A less emotionally charged review would be more believable to other readers. Although I have had friendly, helpful encounters with the leasing staff, the maintenance issues do not get resolved on a timely basis. If I need to get something done, I usually have to remind them a few times. Fortunately, I haven't had major problems, only minor ones (which haven't been resolved).
