Expensive, but then again, what isn't' We were there for 13 months. Accomodations were fine, but the neighbors on both sides of the townhouse were incredibly noisy and inconsiderate. Music loud, bass vibrating our walls, slamming doors all hours. Many complaints but little improvement. (Lucky us!) Not enough parking. 3 story townhouse made it almost impossible to get much in the way of a sofa or couch up the first flight to the livingroom. Very hot in bedroom on 3rd floor in summer, you will need to purchase an air conditioner to put in the window. Seemed as though each time we tried to use the fitness center, something was broken. Mail delivery was terrible, always getting someone else's mail in our box. Makes us wonder how much of our mail went into other tenants boxes. Good points were some of the leasing agents were very friendly, unfortunately a couple were real stinkers. The bonus room on the first floor of our townhouse was very nice to have as an office and easy access to our garage. The kitchen was nice and big with lots of storage and cabinets. Just remember, 2 flights of stairs get really old after awhile climbing up and down, especially when you move! Just really happy to be back in our own house again and paying about the same amount for mortgage as we did rent. We have peace and quiet once more. If you like noise....go for it!
