Everywhere you walk, the floors make creaking noises. The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors talk and the water in the pipes between the walls whenever you or your neighbors use the shower, toilet, etc. The rooms are cold. Expect rent to increase when it comes time to renew your lease. Not worth the money.
