My family and I have lived in the Palladia apartments for almost a year. We moved into Palladia as a transitional home after relocating to the Portland area and we have been totally disappointed. We planned on staying with Palladia for a year and a half, and because of many issues with this apartment and the property management here, we bought a house seven months earlier than we originally planned. Very few of the employees are helpful, the construction of the units is terrible, and they management cannot control the noise or keep trash off of the ground.
Jennifer, one of the employees is rude and dismissive. I speak for more than one tenant in my distaste for her professionalism, or lack there of. I spoke with her today after receiving an unprofessional call on a private phone line from a different employee of Palladia (Julie), and Jennifer was not helpful, she made excuses, and tried to make it sound like it has been my fault the noise complaints were not addressed, and my unit has not been fixed.
The floors in the apartment squeak, this was noted at move in, two further complaints were made about this, and no effort from the management has been made to fix them. We have had work requests in for several months to repair water damage from the washing machine when it broke (which in it's self took two weeks for someone to fix, which they fixed incorrectly and I had to fix it myself since they never came back to re-fix the problem after several calls requesting repair), three places on the wall where the repair people knock holes and never fixed, the handle on the refrigerator door broke off under normal operating conditions, and that has not been fixed.
We have also registered several complaints about the noise from people shooting fireworks and having loud parties at night, management has never addressed our concerns.
We are moving in a couple of weeks, and I will not recommend this property to anyone.
