My wife and I were resident at Palladia for 2 and half years and moved to our new house we bought, on June 2nd this year. We were treated fairly while we were there by Palladia staff. We paid our rent on time and made sure that we did not give the apartment management any reason to complain about us. Overall it was a very good experience for us and we hope a good and profitable experience for them. We stayed in the townhouse for 2 years and paid about $1,100 in month every month. We then moved to a smaller apartment with Palladia to save on rent cost as it had been raised twice while we were in the townhouse. But we did not complain and were basically happy.

It wasn?t until we moved out that we started seeing extremely rude behavior from Palladia staff. Particularly Mr. Ben.

We had ordered some items to be shipped to us from a mail order company. We were hoping to receive them while were still residents at Palladia. However the company we ordered the items from did not have some items in stock. It took a couple of weeks for them to ship these items to us. We hoped that it would not be asking too much for us to have Palladia staff help us during our transition phase by accepting these small packages for us when they arrived. But Palladia staff decided that it was asking too much and returned a small package of ours. Mr. Ben had earlier indicated to me that he intended to do just that. I was extremely shocked by his rude comment as I had been spoiled by very good treatment by other Palladia staff. Regardless I tried to explain to him that we did not intend to abuse Palladia as a receiving facility but merely were receiving packages that we had hoped we?d be receiving while we still were residing at Palladia. Maybe he did not understand me or maybe he thought it was cool to be rude and refused my package today.

I regret this treatment of longtime Palladia residents who are transitioning to their new homes, by the Palladia staff. I previously used to recommend Palladia to my friends. I no longer will do that.

If you think that is an excessive response, please consider that I had to drive 40 miles (20 miles each way) to Fedex Ground facility in rush hour traffic to pick my package that they refused.

I am 30 years old and this is my first ever complaint letter. Palladia staff should be proud.
