I have lived at Palladia since it opened. I have lived in a one bedroom and have never had a problem. Recently I was married and needed a larger apartment, but I was in the middle of my lease. I went to the office and explained my problem. Ben the leasing director spent many hours working with us, to help us solve our problem. He was able to find us a great two-bedroom townhouse in our price range. The staff was extremely helpful. My Wife and myself have never been so happy. I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff. I would like to recommend the place to anyone looking for a great apartment if fact to of my friend are moving in now.
