Professional service and nice community

Office people were nice. Maintenance is within 24hr and you get to evaluate service, it was great. Nice community except a few bad apples. Get everything in writing, office sometimes tend to do things casually. Proximity to park is a big plus. Some floors seems to be kinda hollow, make sure you test the floor when you tour the apartment. I would go back and rent in Palladia
