A nice place to live

I actually relocated to OR and this was my first place I lived in. The walls are a little thin, but I was lucky my neighbors were mostly quiet. Overall, you don't notice it much. I am moving out because I don't like the townhouse floorplan, there's no bathroom on the main level- but most places in OR are like that. The community is safe and all the people I have dealt with in the office were very nice and helpful. My parents moved me out here and they were very happy leaving, and though I'm moving I would come back if the prices were lowered. Overall, a little too expensive but VERY convenient to EVERYTHING so I saved a lot in gas prices. I only had to fill up once every 3 weeks or so!! Movies, shopping, hwy access. I had a gagrage too so no parking or night safety worries.
ALSO, if you only turn the heat on a little while in the day then of COURSE it won't immediately be hot!! I keep my heat on low every day, and turn it up when I get home. I am always very warm and I am the person that always, always thinks it's cold. If you're cold then you haven't turned your heat on, or maybe it needs to be fixed!! They also pro-rate your rent if they dont respond in a timely manner- but they always have been very prompt for me.
