I am living here in Palladia currently in a 1b/1bth town home. we startd on a six month lease for $925 a month and after our lease term they bumped up the 7 month lease rent to $1145... you wouldnt want to wonder what the month - month is..its $1276. I think its just crazy. Its a decent area but its not worth the money.
I agree with the other posts that the heating in the apartment is sub par. And if you are a family of more than 2 you will realise that the hot water system throws up pretty soon..
To sum up.. be prepared for crazy rent hikes and the management is not flexible at all
