These apartments are just ok. I live in one of the 3 bedroom townhomes.
Pros: Walking distance to A LOT of shopping, grocery, restaurants, staff is nice, lots of parks and places to walk, about 10-15 minutes from downtown Portland (depending on traffic). I can never really hear my neighbors.
Cons: No air conditioning, located by a busy street that's very loud. We have to keep the windows open all the time because there is no AC and it's very loud..it's hard to sleep at night. don't live by the pool because it's very loud. I don't even live by the pool and I can hear it. Floors creek really bad, parking is really tight. They repainted the townhome before we moved in and they just painted right over the previous renter HAIR in the bathroom. It's all over.
Overall they are just o.k. I would not choose to live here again if I had the choice.
