I really like it here at Park Creek village. I have lived here for 2 years now and was ready to move after the first manager that was here back in 05. She moved in garbage, and Tonya the new manager has been a HUGE solution to many problems here at Park Creek. She is the reason that I signed a new lease. If you are looking to double park, let your satellite dish wires hang all over the place, make a lot of noise, or let your kids and pets run wild, she will crawl up your ass, and some of us appreciate that. I have mentioned these particulars as this is what I have heard others complaining about. This place is actually really nice now that the trash is gone and this website is just a place for the unhappy to -----. We are staying another year, I have a good view of trees and not a parking lot, and I am close to just about everything that I need and thanks to Tonya it is a quiet place.
