I am writing this review Not to discourage to rent here but to think about certain things to look for

items of concern :

1) vandalism through the Property taggers

2) recent Break in of Apartments 3 current residents had been stealing or breaking in Apartments ,They still live here

3) tripping Hazards all over the Property

4) Management keeps changing we have 4 temps in the last 4 months

5) ---- Roaches in a lot of apartments

6) A tree that needs to be removed that is leaning over at a 45 degree angle

7 Compactor is always breaking down

8) Bad Mold Problem in a few apartments (they don't follow proper Protocol when fixing Problems with mold

9) property Management company ignores justified (complaints recently was cited by OSHA on another property)

10) prior to major repairs they fail to inform residents of this and you stand a chance of having your personal property damaged . and they refuse any and all liability

11) learn this phrase it is not in the budget

in closing Renter Beware ask a lot of Questions and before you rent an apartment make sure you list all damages no matter how small .

I lived there a few years back and my little girl nearly died because of the black mold problem in my unit (118) and the fact that the smaller bedroom the window did not seal properly (1/4 inch gap) allowing cold air to come in...

i know what apartment this is i inspected this apartment for mold and found it was a hazard but the Property Management did not do anything they still renters to occupy the units There has been alot of complaints but they are not in the budget they look at cost before any health concerns often times they will take short cuts that end up getting people sick but when people complain they find away to force you out it is sad that they get away withit .
