Although there have been several different people in the office this latest one might be a keeper. I have lived at Park Creek for a couple of years now and in the last two months have noticed improvements in the pool/ hot tub/grounds/garbage area and parking. The place is beginning to look a lot better. The manager is friendly and the maint. guy is awesome. Hopefully this staff will stick around. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

Are you kidding? A tree fell over and was not removed for 2 weeks. The maint guy is an idiot, and the place is looking awful. the manager probably posted the last posting. It looks bad...The light in the side parking lot has been broken and kids everywhere, awful neighbors moved in, I would like to know who is screening these people, I am moving out, and am counting down the days until my lease is up. The last girl, her name started with a T she was the best manager for this place.

I agree with the last posting, there is a reason why this place is cheaper than the other. Also something that no one has mentioned is hispanic alcholics that hang out in front of thier place drinking all night, keeping every one awake, and drug activity. Cars drive through all night long, and people hike it up and down the stairs to only knock on doors, you hear the door open and then they hike it back down the stairs. Sometimes they get the wrong door and knock on yours at all hours of the night...Be AWARE. Cheaper rent is not worth it.

Your are right i moved out in september the Manager is a complete idiot there are still residents who broke into my apartment and still live there I do know 1st hand how this property runs by a management company who is more interested in money watch your backs and your move out charges . if you plan to move put in work orders for every thing you can to get fixed prior to moving that way they can not charge you for it , as far as the tree is concerned there is one behind building f that will fall over at any time and could hurt or kill someone if they were in the way Affinity Property Management is a bunch of idiots who will not stand behind there residents it is all about he money there moto is pay your rent and don't complain and you will have a place to live , god help you if you stand up to them . they rent to Theives and illegal immigrants look at what happened at one of there property's in milwaulkie at the Balboa apartments a tennant who was an illegal Murdered a 15 year old girl .Diane countryman Please stand up for your rights
