I moved in here last October. It has been a constant battle since I moved in. I have lived in alot of apartments and never experienced such problems as I have here. They lured me in with a great price and a great special and now I know why. The overall apartments are fine (a little dated but for the price fine) but the neighbors are horrible! My downstairs neighbor blares his music to the point where my walls vibrate and gets drunk and yells out obsecinites from his apartment at all hours of the night. I have compained multiple times and even had to the call the cops only for the apartments to turn around and say that he has been living there a long time!!! He has woken my daughter up in the middle of the night multiple times and she is even scared to come downstairs because of him. Then my upstairs neighbor has a dog that barks constantly every morning and then causes my dog to start barking. All around bad experience and nothing is done about it.
