I moved in about summer of 2005 and moved out summer of 2009. I admit that I don't really talk/interact with the office staff, but moving out from Park creek was a nightmare! The current manager (Pam)and DPM react like little kids. (Unprofessional) For example: First they ignore any calls that link to your name and then lie or don't show up for scheduled appointments. Appointments that you've personally went to the office and physically setup an appointment with the manager herself. Then pretend that it never happened or say things like we have more important matters other than doing a quick walk through that takes about 5-10mins. After doing a walk through lie again to your face saying you'll get your full deposit back don't worry! "Oh", but so we though' They then turn around after week goes by thinking maybe I forgot about them and calls you saying your getting a full refund and should be mailed out soon. Then they save the best for last, mails out a statement that says we have to charge you for the stains or in their native tongue "oopps we for got to charge you one last time! I would never recommend this community to anyone, not even my own enemies, because I never felt so discriminated in my life!!!!!!!!! Example: I call and call with my cell and work phone numerous times and then right after I try calling with a friends cell phone, they answer not even after 1 ring' Now you tell me if that's not discrimination'
