The day of my move-in, the walls had not been painted, there was a large burn mark on my kitchen floor, a black paint stain on my entry way tiles,and a screen missing from my window. They ended up painting on my move-in date, so I couldn?t move my things in until later in the afternoon and had the pleasure of breathing in paint fumes for the next couple days. Housekeeping only vacuumed, so my bathroom sink and tub were filthy, as well as all the kitchen cupboards, plus I had a moldy freezer. I opened up a kitchen cupboard and found a cockroach having a party in the corner, and later that day I found some of his friends in my sink. I showed the apartment manager the roach, and he proceeded to tell me it was a potato bug. Terminex would later tell me otherwise. My move in was less than smooth, but now that all my issues are taken care of, it's actually quite nice. The noise level is very quiet! I can hear my neighbors run their shower, but I never hear any appliances such as the dishwasher or washer/dryer. One of the quietest apartments I've lived in. I would recommend this place, but be sure to check your apartment the day before you move in just to be sure it's ready!
