Noise in the bedrooms explained

I have found out what the noise was, and proven my theory in the winter time. The noise is comming from the cheep ceiling fan in the room below you, it is vibrating the thin uninsulated floor below you which is the ceiling of the room below you. They told me they fixed the problem below me. It did get quieter for a few weeks but then went right back to making alot of noise. When you buy wholesale cheap fans mostlikely they are made from used washing machine motors, modified of coarse. This should explain the repetitive wurring sound.
This is at least my situation and most likely the same throughout the whole complex since they said oh yeah we know what the problem is, this was of corse when it was still TCR now that its Holland Residential I never even tried. My temporary solution was to place a floor fan the noise from it would cancel out the noise from the fan in the room below me, however still made it hard to fall asleep since it was still noisy just a different less annoying freq. I would never recomend nor live here ever again.
