I come from a prominant family and have thus been raised with high standards. I have lived all over WA and OR and these are some of the most outstanding apartments I have seen. The management and maintenance teams are sufficiently staffed, which is becoming a rarity. I think many tenants have unreasonable requests, and are slightly incompetant as to how a property is run. When a work order is put in, it may take a day or an hour to get addressed, but there are those people who think some one should be at their home before they are off the phone complaining - sorry, the world doesn't revolve around them. Rock Creek is currently under construction, and while some residents complain about this 5-month transition period, anyone in business or anyone who requires quality and comfort in living understands that the construction and the mass amount of money that is being put into the property knows that it is an excellent investment and proves that the management does care about the appeal of the property. The maturity of nature and growth on this property outdoes any in its class in this area. The apartments are usually very quiet - as it is difficult to hear your neighbors through the thick slab of concrete between each floor. The location is great, the staff is efficient and friendly, and the apartments are unique and equiped with the best of quality. I dare anyone to check them out. Visit the staff in the clubhouse, walk throughout the property, and maybe take a drive through later in the evening so that you can see it IS quiet, and that the property is very appealing to the eye. Competitive, unique, and friendly - that is my experience with Rock Creek Landing.
