The reason I moved into Rock Creek Landing was because it was a relatively new APT and so I assumed no mold. I'm also picky about the overall cleaness of the community garbage area and just cleanliness in general. However, after about 6 months there was mold appearing in my master bath. Maintenance guy told me there was a problem not with me (better not be telling me that), but with the walls. This was because they (the previous management) looked like they tried to plaster and texture over the area in question. So apparently there has been mold issues before I was there. NOT GOOD.
