Move-in was bad, apt wasn't cleaned, repairs not made. Windows leak! And you hear EVERYTHING the upstairs, downstairs, next door neighbors do - literally, everything. I agree with an earlier post, the constant leaf-blowing at 7-8am seemingly every morning is rude. Maintenance service has been fairly prompt but not exactly satisfactory. Office staff is not overly courteous but could be worse.
