I've really loved it here. I moved in when the construction was just starting. The siding was removed because the siding company (LP) made faulty siding and Holland properties wanted to replace it. The place looks amazing now! The decks are much nicer and the grounds are immaculate.

I work from home and I can swear to you that no one has EVER run a leaf blower here before 8:00 am. In fact, the maintenance crew doesn't even start until 8:00. And leaf blowing is not a daily occurance.

There are a lot of ammenities. A gorgeous pool/hottub area, really nice workout room with yoga and boxersize classes, really nice grounds, dog friendly (with lots of scoop stations so no mess), free newspaper Fri-Sun. I am in love with the layout of my 2 bedroom apartment! Great fireplace which got used a lot!

Parking can be a problem. I've never seen a cockroach. I've never had a problem with mold in the bathroom, although management has warned me about it. Management has been very helpful and friendly and have ALWAYS gotten back to me. I've made a few maintenance calls in the year that I've been here and they've all been resolved within 24 hours. Noise from neighboring apartments can be a problem. But it's always in the form of heavy footsteps, a slamming front door or water (toilet, shower, washer, dishwasher). I can rarely actually hear people themselves.

I really love it here, but like anything, it's not perfect.
