I love that this place has a 24 hour fitness center, but that's about as far as my love goes. You have to pay your own water which i believe is actually split between the building. There is no way I use $24 worth of toilet flushings a month (I live alone and am never home!). The apartment itself if spaciouse but the deck is tiny as hell. I wouldn't suggest moving in when there are tons of better deals everywhere else.
