I really liked one person in management and received very good customer service from her. The rest were just doing their job and sometimes not well at all. The maintenance crew was not satisfactory, didn't communicate well and made you feel dumb when you called them to fix things. The apartments (I lived in three over the years) went from good to worse. In my last one the dishwasher leaked, the closet doors broke, the carpet was coming up...and more. The pool was nice if you could get away from the millions of kids and the gym was useful except during yoga when a -----like yoga teacher made you stop your workout on the treadmill so her class could meditate (the above mentioned assistant manager spoke to her and fixed that problem). The constant maintenance outside was annoying, especially when they moved my car to another spot on the lot by tow truck and didn't tell me so they could place a construction dumpster in the parking spot. I thought it had been stolen. Frankly, if it hadn't been for the wonderful customer service from that assistant manager we probably would have moved before we did. We hate moving also...that played a part in our staying.
