1) The apartment itself is fine, decent size & layout but crappy construction. You can hear eveything your neighbors do.
2) The grounds are nice and well kept. Which they should be since they have guys w/leaf blowers at 7:30 in the morning what seems like daily but is in reality probably only 2x a week.
3) The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests.
4) Office staff is fine. Not exceptional but they're pleasant enough if you don't have any problems to report.
5) The worst thing about this complex would have to be the rudeness of other people living here. There are families who consider the building and grounds their own personal home with no regard for other tenants. They leave their brats toys and shoes on stairwells, the common entryway etc. Not to mention some families allow their brats to run about screaming and hollering at all hours - again with no regard for other tenants rights. Then there are the people who drive through the parking lots late at night with their car stereos BLARING.

This isn't the worst place I've lived but it's damn close! When the lease expires you can bet we'll be moving.
