We have found the management of the apartment to be great. Yes, it can be a little noisy, but is not excessive and what I would expect for living in an apartment. My only complaint would be the overwatering and the muddy grassy areas. When I take the dog out, I sink into the muddy grass, but as I write that, I see that they are in the process of working on the drainage. Management has improved since we have lived here and maintainence is prompt. Overall a good experience.
