I have recieved superb service with the office staff - always courteous, friendly, helpful. Maintenace is awesome - I needed a few things over the last year - all items fixed/repaired/replaced within a day or two. Last X-mas I needed help - they were there in minutes!I have not had a noise problem at all, neither have my neighbors - they say they can't even hear my kids. You do have some street noise - normal. Folks that live here are friendly too, I have some great neighbors. Would recommend :-)
