1.) No cameras on property, if something happens or gets stolen, its your own problem. Our Welcome mat was stolen this morning..not the biggest deal but still really frustruating on top of everything else.
2.)They water the grass anytime of the day-if its raining, if its just rained, if the weather is crappy, if its nice they do it waaaay too much.
3.)People let their stupid cats roam EVERYwhere. Ive almost hit one twice in the parking lot. And another time one tried to dart into our apartment!
4.)Everything in the apartment is way cheap. The blinds on the sliding glass door have broke. The kitchen sink leaks. The ceiling fans sound like they are going to come crashing down. ETC.
5.) I do NOT feel safe here, the parking lot is horribly lit.
6.)You cant find parking to save your life, only if its in the middle of the day....if its at night time you have to pretty much park by the leasing office...depending on where you live. And there are no car ports available to rent...but theres so many, thats why you cant find parking!!
7.) The people in the leasing office are rude, unhelpful and have better things to do.
8.) They do maintenance at like 8am 3-4 times a week with no regard to the god damn leaf blower next to your bedroom window. And they do it for HOURS.

Dont move here, Ive been so frustruated recently that were probably just going to buy out of our lease.

This person used the Lords name in vain. You should worry about your relationship with God instead of your apartment.

I know exactly how you feel Michelle. I am getting very irritated with that damn leaf blower as well. They don't have any respect for the tenants at all!
