The 5.0 rating was put on by the new Manager Suzanne Boseke on 4/11/06. She has been the manager since 6/05 and assistant manager for 10 years by her on confession. She did not know this site existed until today when brought to her attention. I guess it was to much for her and she went into damage control mode. I guess what she didn't know was putting (1) one 5 on here would only raise the rating from 41% to 42%. Sorry Mgr. Boeske, deceptive business practices will get you no where. Cheating never worked in the long run, can't get a excellent grade if you don't do the work girl, guess you didn't want to listen you got your own ways of managing, or not.

After a conversation with her about all the complaints posted here against this property, her responses seemed like those straight out of a polished Dale Carnegie answer book, and somewhat resistant to notion of accountablity. I can now understand why the other posters express such ongoing frustration with this management style or lack thereof.

It would seem the managment is more concerned with their idea of what is right and their job security, in spite and light of the fact that tenants pay the rent which pays their salary and the mortgage on this property.

With that said and in full understanding of the outward-beautiful appearance of this property...the management style needs significant PR improvement and logistic coordination skill training. I stongly, (the epitome of) recommend untill this one-sided management style changes for the better of all living at this location...those looking to rent, rent elsewhere. And when looking for other properties check first to see if it is an 'Equity' managed property. In some regards we are only as good as the leadership, therefor, this could possibly be the way it is at other 'Equity' managed properties.

One final thought, rent where you are treated like a human being with dignity, not a number or a green back! Management companies can be fired.

Inquiring minds want to know. If you would like to know who owns a building you can find out through 'Hoovers' or other like resources.
