Neighbors are noisy an have no respect for anything or anyone. Not safe even though they say they are trying to make it more safe. Slight aroma of marijuana lingers in the air in the afternoons, and you can smell it coming from cars as they creep by. Their definition of "newly renovated" means new light fixtures and new paint. The paint is UGLY and chips off if it is touched. The is no kitchen space. Some of the cabinets can't even open because the fridge is in the way.All appliances are old and barely work. The only place being really renovated is the club house, so it will be even easier to fool people into signing a lease. I saw a policeman outside in the parking lot yesterday. He mentioned that someones car was stolen the night before. Why' Because the parking lot is dark at night. The lights don't work half the time. Sometimes I leave my balcony light on so that a little more light is shed in the lot. I have to pay 1500 to get out of this. Dont make the same mistake I did
