I cannot complain enough about the TREES!! They drip was I think is SAP! If you park under one for the night, the next morning your car will be absolutely COVERED. After a couple nights, it is too difficult for power windows to roll down. The trees make the handles for the stairs incredibly sticky as well as the sidewalks.
This place is NOT worth the money they are asking and we are currently looking for a new place as our lease is up in 1 month.
It is a very dark complex and the lights work about 75% of the time. I sometimes feel scared walking to my apartment.
As far as car break ins, I haven't seen a single one. Because the complex is split in half, I might live in the better half''
ALSO. Motorcycle drivers and cars with upgraded exhaust have 0 respect for others. Just the other day I saw a motorcycle driver (Or 'Crotch Rocket') put the peddle to the medal and hit the speed bump around 40mph as if it were a ramp. This goes on all hours of the day and night.
Oh, and we have no troubles with noise. Maybe it's because we have quiet neighbors' But we never hear them.
On a happier note! The place is very well kept up and nice looking. Friendly neighbors, great floorplans (Very open), Modern appliances and look.
