Terrible Management!!! A Lease will SCREW YOU

I have lived at Rock Creek Landing for almost 4 years. TRUST ME this has not been by choice. I have a couple kids and it has been VERY tough to get out of this place into a not-so-expensive house, otherwise I would have high tailed it 3 years ago when my first lease was up!! The management is full of VERY power hungry women (and I am a woman too, so I can say that!!) and they will do everything and anything they can to let you see that they are the ones in power. The have threatened to kick me out of my apartment for owing $17.00 in water fees, and did so illegally, giving me less than a week to pay it or else!! I actually had to get online and look up tenants rights to prove that this was not legal, and as soon as I pleaded my case they choked. I have had to tell them that I would go to every apt in the complex to see if anyone else has been threatened like this, just to get them off my back. I have had two of my 5 cars since Ive lived here get their tires slashed, one of my cars towed because someone was trying to rip it off and left it halfway out of the parking spot, RIGHT IN FRONT of my apartment. I had my first car totaled in a car accident in the parking lot, due to no signs of warning. I had my brand new car keyed (its black) within the first month I bought it. My horrible giant old neighbor threatened my young daughter to hit her with a stick if she tried to play with his puppy (pit bull no less), then called the police on me for having music up loud late at night!! We were in bed (it was 10:30 and I have two young children). There is a scent of pot in the air nearly every night. Parties are popping up all over the place as they have younger and younger teens moving in, and they will be up all hours of the night. Also, the place is not very clean. In the 4 yrs Ive been here, the BBQ at the pool has not been cleaned once. The pool is barely open two months of the year. I have almost begged to have my tearing and filthy carpet replaced, but they claim that it is fine. This is ridiculous.The management here is AWFUL. They will not help you find a better place for your family, they will trash any chance you have of moving. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING HERE..... you will wish you never had.

I remember you. I still have the stick that i use to protect my doggy. Keep your kid away from my dog. Did i mention I have a stick. And keep your music down or i will call police on you again. I will show police the stick i plan on protecting my doggy with. You are a bad bad lady.
