We moved here in Dec of 06. We live closer to John Olsen and Evergreen cross street. It's actually a very quiet area (other than the few race cars screeching down the street once in awhile) We also live on the 3rd floor so we're not really bothered by our neighbors. The only problem we had was that a hole was put into the roof above the chimney during the last chimney cleaning. Since it rains constantly we had a leak. Well they fix the leak, but to dry out our carpet and walls they stuck a huge industrial fan at the fireplace and turned it on. Needless to say the fireplace still had ashes in it and ash was blown everywhere. When we got home that night it was a disaster. We couldn't figure out how they could flip the switch and not see ash flying around and not turn it off. Well, after my husband yelled at the office management they had a professional cleaning company come in and cleaned everything. They also cleaned our carpet and we have a free carpet cleaning when we move out as well. Other than that it has been nice living here. We don't have any problems and for being an apartment, we like it.

So...I wrote the previous review about a year ago. Since then everything is still okay for the most part. The only annoying thing is that this complex is full of young people. A LOT of teenagers! Not that that's a bad thing, but most of the ones we live near are rude and completely annoying. They have no regard for their neighbors, blaring music at 2 am on a weekday. I've called manangement twice now and nothing, that I can see or hear, has been done. Considering there are rules to follow when living in an apartment, along with the 50 pages tehy make you sign before you can move in, it would be nice if they would enforce them. Oh, I also LOVE the way you get the (what do you want) look when you walk into the office. The only nice and helpful one there is the gentleman.
