The property grounds are very nice. That is about all this complex has going for it. The maintenance was poor and had to be called out repeatedly for a single task. The sinks needed to be worked on nearly every month. The appliances are cheap. The construction of the actual units is very poor and looks like it was thrown together at minimal cost. The staff is beyond rude after you move in. The maintence staff entered my apartment unlawfully while i was out of town and offered no compensation. We had numerous problems with the staff. The "fitness room" has machines that are so old that they are barely even safe. There are so many complexes in the Tanasborne area that are very comparable as far as property grounds and much much nicer on the inside than Rock Creek Landing and they will offer a much more pleasant living experience. Couldnt agree more! Especially about the staff. Those women have no idea how to run an apt complex. My kid could do a better job! No wonder why they spend so much time on the little things, like mowing the grass and blowing off the parking lot... without that they'd have nothing to offer!!

once a month the company they got the machines in the fitness center from come out to make sure they are all working correctly so who cares how old they are be happy your fat but has a place to work out in that is 24 hours. The staff is always nice to me so I wonder what your problem is.
