This is the absolute worst experience I have had renting an apartment. The prices are way too high! The management are impersonal and snobby. The grass is soggy. I had someone drop dog poop on my doorstep three times. My neighbors make all sorts of noise early in the morning and late at night. They wont open their door when I knock on it to confront them. Management refuses to take care of the problem (i have complained several times). I come home several times a week to degrading notes from the management explaining how to call 911 in an emergency... are we 10 years old people' Then when I tell them to stop they refuse!!! Holland Residential is crap! END OF STORY!

they have to take lots of steps in order to force someone to leave. They made my party neighbor move out and I have been very happy ever sense.
