Not bad place but getting expensive

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
I live here since 2007. I like it here. Nice clean place, good management, great area. Cons are thin walls, you can hear everything what is going on behind the wall; prices are climbing up. Looks like I will have to find a cheaper place, even though I love it here.
