I have never been treated so well from an apartment community. The manager always calls you on your birthday to wish you a wonderful day. At the time of my renewal this year she kept my rent at the same rate and gave me $350 off my next months rent. They also added a job loss protection into my lease as well which in these times gives me great peace of mind. The pool here is salt water which makes it the only pool I will ever step foot into again. Every summer we have a great pool party with a DJ and games (some of the games give you money off your rent) Two weeks out of the year they also do events where you get free breakfast, newspapers, ice cream, flowers and other things. another one of my fave things about living here is the 24 hour fitness center ( first place I have lived where it will not close at 10pm) I have nothing bad to say about the community. The staff is always friendly and the grounds are always clean. I think it would be a great fit. To be honest I have worked in property management and after reading all the other reviews most of them have had a bad time here due to their mistakes. You must read your lease which the staff goes over at time of move in and you must understand some things they can not do due to laws and must take certain steps to correct.
